By logging into the mobile app, you can cancel a pending bill payment so long as the payment is still pending and has not been processed. You can cancel by tapping on the payment and selecting "cancel payment". Cancellations and edits must be submitted by 6:00 PM PST prior to the next scheduled payment date. For payment days that fall on a non-business day (i.e., Weekend or holiday), payments will be submitted on the following business day without charging you any penalty as long as the payment is received by the following business day by 6:00 PM PST. A fee may be charged if a payment is scheduled past the due date.
Scheduled Payment Dates should be prior to any late date or grace period; we will not be responsible for any fees if you schedule a Payment Date after your Due Date.
