Issue: your Fitbit is not syncing with Paceline
Update as of 3/3: Fitbit is experiencing issues reporting data to third party apps (such as Paceline). Fitbit did issue a fix today but we are not confident all issues are resolve by Fitbit as some delays in reporting is still possible.
If you find minutes are NOT reporting to Paceline, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the 'Profile' tab in the Paceline app
- Tap 'Linked Fitness Devices'
- Tap the checkmark or Connect option next to Fitbit
- Follow the steps to (re)connect
When reconnecting is completed, it may take up to 12 hours to see the data flow into the Paceline app. This is the concern we still have with Fitbit: that there is still a delay for them to report this data to us. Our hope is the update today fixes this but we aren't sure yet.
