When I try entering the code or go to the reward partner's site, I cannot redeem the reward. What should I do?
The first thing we would recommend doing is to double-check the automatically generated email, as well as the app, to see support options. Our reward partners often directly handle support for the partner reward after you receive the confirmation via email and in-app.
If the contact listed on the reward (which is typically the support email address of the partner directly) is unable to help you (or the reward email didn't come through and you cannot find the details in the app), please reach out to us and we'll gladly take a look!
If you're having trouble redeeming an Amazon gift card reward, we would ask that you please take a look at the support article here: I claimed an Amazon reward, but the code you provided isn't working. How do I redeem this reward? Otherwise, if you're having trouble redeeming any other gift card rewards (e.g., Target, Starbucks, etc.), you can reach out to our gift card partner (Tango) directly by contacting cs@tangocard.com. Tango handles the activation and distribution of all our gift card rewards, so they should be able to assist you if you believe you've received a gift card with a 0 balance, or you're unable to use the gift card at checkout.
